- If you submitted an abstract to SSSS (since 2017), please do NOT create another account. Log in using your email address & password for the abstract portal (not the SSSS member portal).
- Forgot your password? Select “Log-in (Returning User)” and enter the email address you used previously and select “Forgot Password?”
- If your email address changed since creating your account, 1) Log-in using your previous email address and password. 2) Update your email address to your current email address. 3) Save changes to ensure you receive the abstract submission confirmation email.
- IMPORTANT! After you log-in, per the details above, please make sure you update “My Profile” to ensure you receive the confirmation email for your submission and to ensure all information is up to date for your submission (affiliation, degrees, etc.)

The author who is the lead presenter is the person who should be submitting the abstract.
- The person who submits the abstract is automatically listed as the first presenter.
- The information from “My Profile” is automatically transferred to your abstract submission (name, degrees, affiliation, etc.)
- The person who submits the abstract will receive all correspondence regarding the submission and will be responsible for forwarding all correspondence to the co-authors/co-presenters (if applicable).
